Current local schedule:
+Mondays, 5pm at Leavenworth Yoga~ Chakra Yoga - a one hour, all levels yoga class that pairs poses with one or more of the chakras and concludes with a meditation before final pose, savasana.
+Wednesdays, 5pm at Gruber Gym, Fort Leavenworth (starts 1/8/20)~ Mindful Yoga - an all levels yoga class that allows you to connect with your breath, body and movement in a mindful way, inviting connection and inner peace.
+Thursdays, 5:45pm at Crossfit Unconquered~ Yoga - a class designed to compliment the active practice of the crossfitter, with stretching and lengthening poses and focus on breath.

*Meditation Workshop: March 28, 2020, 2-4pm at Leavenworth Yoga ~ If you have ever found yourself losing focus and then losing track of time that would allow you to get refocused then this workshop is simply a must. The workshop will take you through the fundamentals of meditation and bring you into a deeper state of awareness while you are there, but more importantly, it will give you the tools you need to take that meditative state with you back out into the world and rediscover your meditative bliss wherever you might happen to be. The retreat will include mindfulness, meditation, yoga and reiki. All of these techniques are holistic and incorporate wellness of the mind, body and spirit.
